Hi Brandon , thanks for joining us today. Let’s talk about keeping costs under control when growing. How have you managed to keep costs from getting out of control?
Keep cost under control is a balancing act because I will never sacrifice the quality of a product to save a few bucks. A major key in control cost is to keep your waste to a minimum. You have to control the areas you can because you cant control the prices. It definitely can be challenging at times

Brandon Rivers Catering LLC provides 5 star dining experiences while highlighting local recipes and ingredients. Myself and our team of chefs have over 20 years experience providing fine dining cuisine for large parties. We care about every single second and aspect of the experience we provide for you . We believe service is just as important as cuisine.
How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
We keep in touch with new clients through social media interactions. We also send new menus to our meal prep customers every month.
Can you talk to us about how your funded your business?
I initially funded my business with my personal savings and 401k
