At Liminal Reboot Fitness, my mission is to help Top level professionals reclaim their health, strength, and confidence, even with demanding schedules. I provide personalized fitness coaching, simple nutrition plans, and real accountability that fits into your life.
I believe fitness doesn’t have to be complicated—small, consistent changes create lasting results. My goal is to help men break free from feeling stuck and become the strongest, most confident 2.0 version of themselves—inside and out.

About Me and How I Got Into the Industry
I’m Coach Brandon Hill a certified online fitness coach & founder of Liminal Reboot Fitness. My journey into the fitness industry started from personal struggle. Working 70+ hour weeks as a commercial truck driver, skipping meals, and surviving on gas station snacks left me drained—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Exercise felt impossible and my health was in a dark place.
I realized that chasing money while sacrificing my well-being wasn’t sustainable. I started small with quick workouts and better meals. Over time, I transformed from a worn-out 175lb man into a strong, confident 190lb athlete through consistency and determination.
That personal transformation sparked something deeper. Seeing how much my life improved, I knew I wanted to help other hardworking men break free from the same struggles. That’s why I started Liminal Reboot Fitness—to provide straightforward fitness coaching that helps men reclaim their health, confidence, and purpose.
