We recently connected with Brandon Greere and have shared our conversation below.
Brandon, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. What were some of the most unexpected problems you’ve faced in your business and how did you resolve those issues?
I remember when I was just getting my foot in the business I was dealing with this company overseas far as production goes at the time I didn’t know how to do the production side of the business so it was all trail and error so I had spent so many thousands of dollars trying to get production done the money didn’t come easy I worked a job to get the money so I didn’t have it to waste I gave them the lay out on how I wanted things and I send the money and specifically asked them to send me photos of the finish product before they ship it off incase we need to make changes well they send off the product then sent pictures and things was not what I asked for so we go back and fourth about things and they said “send it back and send more money” I was so upset that I took up sewing classes to learn how to make my own product and I learned to look for companys in the US that can do the same so if they were any problems I could go see them faster than catching a flight out the country

Brandon, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

You have to let them be them and allow them to win and fail buy you allowing them to be them they will give you they best work and be happy to share ideas with you allow them to grow within the company

Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?
Well as you know business you have ups and down and at one point things got slow around cov so I pivot into real estate just to diversified the portfolio I was always taught when you have a surplus invest it into other things that will create income
