Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Brandon Ellis. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Brandon, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. One of our favorite things to hear about is stories around the nicest thing someone has done for someone else – what’s the nicest thing someone has ever done for you?

My boss has let me stay in one of her nearby properties to cut down my travel expenses because I only Uber around I don’t drive or own a car. Lol I’m a typical native New Yorker.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

Brandon Ellis began training in the performing arts at age 7. Ellis’ career spans well over 29 years of professional experience in dance, teaching dance, choreography, acting, singing, and a host of other talents

Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?

We must lead by example. You must exude exactly the things that you want you’re team to execute. As a leader we must remember we set the tone always as well as igniting the drive, goals and maintaining your artistic vision.

How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?

Always adhere to the details of their needs when providing their services. Put your needs second to the very best of your ability. Make them feel heard, understood, important and appreciated at all times. Keeping in touch is a fine line of not appearing desperate but always available at their leisure. Holiday seasons are the perfect time to reach out to each of your clients with a personalized warm holiday greeting to just remind them they are being thought of. In between services that you provide from time to time you can reach out to them reminding them how much you enjoyed serving them and make them aware of any special deals you may be running & that you’re looking forward to working with them again soon.
