One of my most rewarding experiences with clients has been guiding them to make the best decisions for selling their property, even if it meant considering options other than working with us. Selling a property can be a challenging process, and clients often have several choices to explore. Recently, I had the opportunity to assist a client in Oregon’s beautiful coast where she owned a triplex and was eager to sell it.
During our conversations, she expressed interest in seller financing and did have a few other offers, including one from us. However, I was transparent with her to let her know that our offer might not be the most favorable compared to the others she shared. My priority was to ensure that she received the right guidance and insight to make an informed decision since the seller and buyer work closely over the years in a seller finance deal.
This approach allowed me to build trust and demonstrate our commitment to her best interests. We didn’t end up purchasing that property from her but she’s now working closely with us on the next few properties she will be selling in the near future.

I have over a decade of experience in negotiating multi-million dollar deals and am a visionary entrepreneur and skilled real estate investor passionate about helping professionals secure their retirement dream. Over the last eleven years, I have mentored individuals, cultivated long-term relationships, and managed rental properties in through innovative and creating property buying solutions.
After gaining invaluable experience by working with some of the biggest organizations in the world, including Amazon and American Airlines, I now help career professionals earn more in their careers through my company, The Salary Negotiator, and aid individuals transitioning from property owner to passive investor by purchasing their properties with the Seller Finance Dream. The mission of my organizations are simple – to equip individuals with the confidence they need to earn the income they deserve.
From properties in distress to bad tenants I now work with many property owners on purchasing their property with owner financing. What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
Referrals from past clients and building strong relationships have been the best sources of new clients for me. Investing in relationships and offering helpful advice always pays off in the long run.

I utilize a CRM tool to track my clients and their respective stages. This helps me stay organized and know when to reach out to them. I also keep notes from previous conversations to ensure I can follow up effectively and maintain the rapport we’ve established.
