Brad , thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?

We wanted to identify and highlight everyday people in a real way not fake or pretentious just the way they truly are.

SaltyMF is a brand that honors individuality, grit, toughness, and people that love the freedom of simply embracing who they are! Everyone has a story to tell, it may not be perfect nor ideal, but it is Real.

Brad , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

I have been an entrepreneur for 30 years. My primary business was technology and software of which I still own a technology company called OMI. OMI turns 25 this year and we have done work in all kinds of industries helping Medium sized enterprises with cloud platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft , Google, Amazon and other leading technology platforms.

I started SaltyMF Enteprises with a long time friend and business partner Paul Sciandra. We wanted to use our knowledge of helping other businesses build commerce and technology platforms but more important have a fun business where we could truly connect with people on a more emotional, personal and relational level. SaltyMF allows us to do that. It is a fun business and lighthearted venture.

I am most proud of the partnerships we have built over the last 30 years and the friends we have made along the way. We have put Family, Friends and loyalty first in all our ventures and life. It has been amazing and we are greatful to be able to continue this approach everyday.

This is our Story of How SaltyMF Was founded.

SaltyMF Enterprises was founded by two longtime friends and business partners Brad Banyas and Paul Sciandra. The Brand was born at the edge of the ocean with an encounter between Brad and a Salty old beachcomber. The two talked and told their life stories, Brad told the old man, “You are one SaltyMF’r,” as he turned and said goodbye, the old man yelled out, “That sure would make a funny t-shirt.” They laughed and went on their way.

SaltyMF is a brand that honors individuality, grit, toughness, and people that love the freedom of simply embracing who they are! Everyone has a story to tell, it may not be perfect nor ideal, but it is Real. Our logo was chosen to represent independence. The GOAT stands on the foundation of SALTYMF as a reminder to each of us that THE ATTITUDE WEARS WELL.

Our promise is to always value loyalty, friendship, and family! Our business is all about attitude! Our goal is to possibly create the Greatest Brand of All Time.

How’d you meet your business partner?

Paul Sciandra is invovled both in our tech company OMI and Co-Founder of SaltyMF Enterprises

Paul and I met over 30 years ago at our first job in the software business. We became friends he lived in same neighborhood. Our families have been close ever sense.

I convinced Paul to join OMI 14 years ago where I was the founder and CEO. He came on board to manage our Consulting Practice and is now part owner of OMI.

I would consider Paul a Brother more than anything else. When I told him I wanted to start SaltyMF enterprises he said lets do it.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?

I have always been blessed with the art of telling it like it is. To build trust around your personal brand or company Brand honesty is required for a company to last. We grew up with the belief you are only as good as your word. So everyone in our business is encouraged to do what they say they will do. The rest falls into place.

Our current technology Business has been in business for 25 and we believe in building long lasting businesses, SaltyMF Enterprises is approaching 2 years in business, we apply our same ethos and practices just in a different audience totaly two different customers.
