Bora , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Do you have any thoughts about how to create a more inclusive workplace?
Creating a more inclusive environment is one of the most important aspects of promoting an organization. Firstly, you need to make sure you create a space where everyone is welcome and feel comfortable. This means providing resources, such as training and education, on topics surrounding diversity and inclusivity. You should also create a detailed plan that outlines how you plan to develop and implement policies, practices, and procedures that support an inclusive workplace. You should also create messaging and materials that properly communicate your organization’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.

As a young child, I was inquisitive, always asking questions and seeking to understand the world around me. This inquisitiveness has driven me to pursue an education in marketing and communications, followed by an MBA in finance and strategy. I believe that every problem has a solution and every situation has a positive outcome; my success comes from applying this belief to my work and committing myself to helping others achieve their goals. I’m adept at finding solutions quickly under pressure, as well as focusing on the details and the bigger picture. ‘m an advocate of authenticity and strive to remain true to myself in every situation. I understand that you can’t be successful without building trust, and I strive to be genuine in every interaction – whether with clients, colleagues, or my family. I’m not afraid to take risks, and I’m willing to learn from my mistakes. I believe that having a helpful and encouraging attitude can make a huge difference in any situation.
What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
I think it was a combination of factors that helped me build a reputable market presence. I consistently produced quality work, strengthened my network, and took advantage of local events, conferences, and workshops to further promote myself and stay informed on the latest trends and developments.
Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?
1) Set clear expectations and foster an environment of mutual respect and trust. Make sure to communicate and reinforce organizational goals, objectives, and values.
2) Provide regular feedback, both positive and constructive, that helps team members grow and learn.
3) Create a team identity and culture that encourages collaboration. Celebrate successes and recognize individual contributions.
4) Encourage open dialogue and idea-sharing. Make it safe for team members to voice opinions and concerns.
