Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Bleugangsta . We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Bleugangsta , thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. One of the toughest things about progressing in your creative career is that there are almost always unexpected problems that come up – problems that you often can’t read about in advance, can’t prepare for, etc. Have you had such and experience and if so, can you tell us the story of one of those unexpected problems you’ve encountered?
As an independent artist you will come across some unexpected issues. Depending how determined you are to see your goals accomplish dictates whether the unexpected issues will make or break you. In this line of business, I have come across many unexpected problems and issues including: studio time issues, purchasing beats issues, copyright issues, having a artist featured on my album issues, show issues and etc. Anything can happen good or bad. Being prepared for the unexpected is a must and knowing how to recover. Always being positive and never letting the unexpected stop you in your tracks.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
My name is Bleugangsta. I am from Newnan, Ga. I’ve been in the music industry for about 12 years. I got in this music lifestyle by winning a showcase competition by reciting poetry. Poetry has always been a go to release. Slight setbacks, like album delays due to all kinds of obstacles causes issues for my audience. Especially when they are waiting on new music/content. But I always manage to drop something for my audience. I’m most proud of my drive and dedication to keep creating. Having people tell me they like my music and eager to hear what’s next. I want my audience to know that I’ll never give up on my creativity. The real will only relate.
Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
People that you start with aren’t always the one you end with. I could tell you many stories where I thought people where my Day 1s and was gone be with me until the glow up. But long story short, we sometimes out grow others. It comes a time where we have to part ways because we not on the same page or level. And the hate be real and it’s sad that sometimes it be your own that’s praying on your downfall.

What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?
Knowing that there’s people out there that can relate to your story and journey. When people ask for more of your creativeness.
