Blank, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What’s been the most meaningful project you’ve worked on?
Our newest EP, Because Of You, is the most meaningful project we have worked on. It is the songs we play at all of our shows and we had the amazing opportunity to record with Max Brown.
As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
We are a country music duo called Blank Page. We are high school seniors based in MD/PA and perform professionally at several different venues. We have released several songs and opened up for several GRAMMY and CMT award winning artists. We also had our first ever sold out headlining show in February!
What do you find most rewarding about being a creative?
The most rewarding aspect of doing what we do is getting to make the audience feel something from our work. And the best feeling to evoke is joy which is great to see in a smile!
How can we best help foster a strong, supportive environment for artists and creatives?
I think the best way to support something is to engage with it. If you like an artist, follow their journey, listen to their songs, go to their shows. One of the best things about art is the community that it creates.
