Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Blair Miller. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Alright, Blair thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Naming anything – including a business – is so hard. Right? What’s the story behind how you came up with the name of your brand?
When I launched my marketing agency, I wanted to create a company that focused on out-of-the-box social media campaigns. My goal was to create engaging content without being limited by red tape or traditional marketing approaches. I brainstormed terms to capture this energy and landed on “chaos.” That’s how my marketing agency, Chaos Creators, was born.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
Blair Miller is the Founder and CEO of Chaos Creators, an entertainment marketing agency dedicated to out-of-the-box social media marketing, fan engagement, and short form content creation. Before launching Chaos Creators, the Hits Noisemaker served as the Creative Director of Jonas Group Media, a marketing agency she built alongside Kevin Jonas, Sr.
Highlights of Miller’s career include supporting the social media efforts of UMG Nashville/Interscope artist Kassi Ashton, capitalizing on the viral success of ‘Austin’ by Dasha and ‘Make You Mine’ by PUBLIC, guiding Franklin Jonas’ explosive TikTok growth and limited edition merch drop, campaign ideation and execution for Melanie Pfirrman’s single ‘Suda’ featuring Pitbull, sustaining Lanie Gardner’s viral ‘Dreams’ by Fleetwood Mac cover video and her surprise remix release of ‘Dreams’ with David Guetta, and assisting with the tour marketing for Brad Paisley and Chris Young. She also launched social campaigns with influencers such as Charli D’Amelio, Bella Poarch, Avani, Huddy (Lil Huddy), and Madi Monroe, created video content for Kroger, and led marketing for brands like Nellie’s Southern Kitchen (A Jonas Family Experience), Nashville Briefing, and Country Radio Seminar (CRS).
Over her career, Miller has been featured as a speaker at events such as the NAACP’s Arts, Culture, & Entertainment Festival, NAMM, Music Biz (twice), the Youth Marketing Summit, the Women In Music Summit, and numerous Billboard Top Music Business programs across the US, including Belmont University, where she earned her degree in Music Business. During her time at Belmont, she honed her marketing skills through internships with Scooter Braun’s SB Projects, Atlantic Records, Universal Music Group, Warner Music Nashville, The Recording Academy, Country Music Association (CMA), and Crowd Surf. When not at her desk or posting a video online, you can find Blair catching up on her favorite reality shows or playing Whitney Houston on repeat.
Alright – let’s talk about marketing or sales – do you have any fun stories about a risk you’ve taken or something else exciting on the sales and marketing side?
Chaos Creators Entertainment led the marketing campaign to secure Bobby Bones as the special guest for the 100th episode of The Zak Kuhn Show, a music industry podcast.
We executed stunts, including designing a billboard in Nashville, to request Bobby Bones’ appearance on the podcast. The stunts captured Bobby Bones’ attention on social media, leading to Bobby Bones reposting the stunts and agreeing to be a part of the episode.

Can you talk to us about how your side-hustle turned into something more.
My side hustle – promoting concerts for college students – began during my freshman year at Belmont University. I designed concert posters and flyers, promoted shows on social media, and created buzz around campus.
Originally, I planned to become an entertainment lawyer, but my passion for marketing led me to intern with companies such as Scooter Braun’s SB Projects, Atlantic Records, Universal Music Group, Warner Music Nashville, The Recording Academy, Country Music Association (CMA), and Crowd Surf.
After graduating, I joined a marketing agency where I contributed to the marketing efforts for artists like Brad Paisley, Vince Gill, and Randy Houser, as well as events like Country Radio Seminar (CRS).
A year out of college, I launched Jonas Group Media with Kevin Jonas, Sr. This opportunity allowed me to spearhead campaigns with influencers like Charli D’Amelio, Bella Poarch, Avani, and Huddy (Lil Huddy), as well as manage social media marketing for Franklin Jonas, Lanie Gardner, PUBLIC, Melanie Pfirrman, and Nellie’s Southern Kitchen (A Jonas Family Experience).
Today, I am the founder and CEO of Chaos Creators, a marketing agency that has worked with artists and brands including Kassi Ashton, Dasha, Charlotte Sands, Kroger, and Nashville Briefing.
