Blair , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Parents play a huge role in our development as youngsters and sometimes that impact follows us into adulthood and into our lives and careers. Looking back, what’s something you think you parents did right?
Growing up, I was taught two invaluable lessons by my parents: the importance of a strong work ethic and the willingness to take chances on yourself. My mother and father were both successful entrepreneurs, with my father owning multiple restaurants and my mother running her own engraving store. Witnessing my father’s tireless dedication to his craft firsthand was an experience that left an indelible mark on me. He managed all aspects of his business with singular focus, from cooking and bartending to guest services, often even filling in for all roles during slower lunch hours. During my time as an employee for him, I was treated with the same expectations as any other member of the staff, without any special privileges. My father even held me to higher standards, requiring me to purchase a new bow tie from him whenever I forgot to wear one to work. Their influence and guidance have been instrumental in shaping my approach to work and life.

The name of my business is Cavina MedSpa, founded in 2022, and it is the embodiment of my passion for aesthetics and my dedication to providing exceptional care to every client who walks through our doors. The name “Cavina” is a heartfelt homage to my three children – Cohen, Avi, and Nash – and symbolizes the fusion of my roles as a mother and an aesthetics professional. The strong bonds that we have forged with our patients, many of whom feel like family, are a testament to the personalized attention and genuine compassion that we bring to our work. With over a decade of experience in the medical field, including NICU, Pediatrics, Operating-Room, and Aesthetics, I bring a multifaceted approach to every aesthetic treatment that I offer. I believe that every person, regardless of their stage of life, deserves to look and feel their best. My ultimate goal is to utilize my advanced expertise in aesthetics to help individuals achieve an enhanced appearance and a better quality of life.
