Bigler , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What did your parents do right and how has that impacted you in your life and career?

My mom was a single mom, my grandpa became my father figure but both of them always thought me to be humble, work hard, be thankful and always have a vision for the future and work to meet those goals. I used to farm with my grandpa and will always tell me with need to care about plants and anything we grow as we care for a family member, help them grow and eventually we will see the rewards and be happy because we were part of it.

My private sushi business offers exclusive dinners featuring a unique fusion of Spanish and Japanese omakase. With almost two decades of experience—and a passion rooted in farming and fishing—I focus on using the freshest, sustainably sourced ingredients to create a personalized, artful dining experience that truly sets me apart.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?

Building genuine relationships through intimate, personalized dining experiences has been key. Creating unforgettable fusion omakase dinners that showcase my passion for farming and fishing naturally inspires word-of-mouth referrals, which has grown my clientele over the years.
