Hi Bianca, thanks for joining us today. Before we get into specifics, let’s talk about success more generally. What do you think it takes to be successful?
Success is unique for everyone as it is the achievement of one’s desired results. Personally, I think it takes a lot of dedication and commitment to be successful. In order to succeed, you must be fully dedicated in pursuing your goal to produce results. You must commit to your goal by staying focused and avoiding distractions. You must work really hard to be successful and become better. Do not stop growing, keep learning and improving yourself as one can never know too much. Keep in mind that along the way, mistakes will be made and it is important to learn from them and not let it bring you down. And most importantly, in order to be successful, you must believe in yourself and do what you love with a passion and positive mindset.
Bianca, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
My name is Bianca Zaragoza and I am a real estate agent in Southern California. I assist people in any of their real estate needs whether it’s buying, selling, or investing in property. The real estate process can be very stressful at times, which is why I am here to help every step of the way, providing a smooth experience to every client. I can genuinely say, I enjoy being in this industry and I love what I do. Meeting new people and developing long lasting relationships with my clients is the most rewarding part of my job. Having the opportunity to work with different people with different interests and backgrounds my makes so much better. There is nothing more exciting than seeing a family fall in love with a property eventually calling it their new home. I had always had an interest in the real estate industry and would always enjoy going to look at houses even if it was only from the outside. However, I didn’t officially start my real estate journey until the sales store I was working at closed down and I was let go from my full time job. After this incident, I took it as a positive sign as it was the perfect opportunity to pursue what I love and dedicate myself fully. I am proud to say that a negative change in my life definitely turned into a positive and I couldn’t be happier. I want my clients to know that they are not just my clients but also a friend they can trust that will help them at any time. Buying real estate is one of the most important purchases in one’s life that is the start of a new chapter that I am happy to be a part of.
Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
The most effective strategy for growing my clientele has been getting out there and leaving a good impression. Meeting new people and attending events is the most effective way to grow my clientele. Making a good impression and leaving a positive impact will help them remember who I am. I also like to stay in contact with them and assure them that I am here to help with anything they may need. Referrals from past clients have also helped grow my clientele as they were content with their experience working with me and refer me to their family or friends. It is important to always leave a good impact with my clients in order to establish a lasting relationship as they will help my business grow and most importantly become a friend.
How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
Keeping in touch with my clients is pivotal in the real estate industry. Building a relationship with my clients by keeping in touch with them is very important. I keep in touch with my clients through phone call, text, or person. Whether it is checking in on them to see how they are doing or to see if they may need anything, keeping in touch after a transaction is always a great way to stay connected. It is always great to hear from my clients and to know they are enjoying their new home and doing well. I also enjoy hearing that their new investment was the best decision they could have made. I am grateful for all my amazing clients that I keep in touch with and include me in their lives.
