Bianca , appreciate you joining us today. We love asking folks what they would do differently if they were starting today – how they would speed up the process, etc. We’d love to hear how you would set everything up if you were to start from step 1 today
If I were starting over, I would not go after every new and shiny tech and business solution on the market just because someone said it was the most innovative “thing” to get my business to where it needed to be.

Hi, my name is Bianca. I am the CEO of Back Office System Specalists, LLC where I help our clients notarize various legal, personal, and home loan documents. As a certified notary public, I am well-versed in the process of closing real estate transactions. My attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with clients ensures that each signing is completed accurately and efficiently.
In addition, my background in customer service and technology has prepared me to work with clients from diverse backgrounds and provide them with a positive and professional experience. I understand that buying or selling a home can be a stressful process, and I am committed to making the signing portion of the transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
A story that illustrates my resilience is when I started working for myself. I worked in the school district with special education students when I became ill. During my illness, I couldn’t walk, had difficulty speaking, and sometimes could not form words properly to express my thoughts. Sadly because of this, I had to leave the school district. After months of therapy and treatment, I still could not return to the school district because I still had some limitations. I had to figure out something to do for money, so I started freelancing administrative work. It was a hard start, and I experienced several setbacks because I had to take breaks and often rest to accommodate my illness. However, I continued improving my health and providing excellent service for my freelance clients and built the business to where it is today.
What’s been the best source of new clients for you?
The best source of new clients for me has been word of mouth and LinkedIn. Knowing someone trusts my brand enough to refer someone means the world to me. LinkedIn is a great tool to optimize your outreach and build a following based on your content. People are always watching what your brand is doing. Never underestimate that.
