Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Bianca. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Bianca , thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. To kick things off, we’d love to hear about things you or your brand do that diverge from the industry standard
One of the things I’m most proud of at BMRPR is our ability to deeply understand that no two clients are the same. While we operate within the professional standards of public relations, our approach is anything but one-size-fits-all. Each brand, individual, or company we work with has a unique story, a different set of goals, and their own definition of success, and it’s our job to honour that.
This means our strategies are never templated. We adapt, tailor, and evolve our approach to reflect each client’s journey. Whether it’s a first-time author, a legacy brand, or a rising athlete, we take the time to understand who they are, what drives them, and where they want to go. That’s what allows us to deliver real, lasting results.
We also place a strong emphasis on building trust from the very beginning. While we maintain healthy and professional boundaries, cultivating a relationship rooted in transparency and mutual respect has been key to our long-term success. In fact, many of our longest-running client relationships began with an open, honest conversation about their vision, where they are vs where they want to be, and we’ve grown together ever since.
This personalised, human-first approach is what sets us apart, and we wouldn’t do it any other way.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
A publicist, strategist, and the founder of BMRPR, a boutique public relations, marketing and brand consultancy agency working across Australia, the U.S., the UK, and Africa. I’ve spent over a decade in the industry, collaborating with a wide range of talent, businesses, and creative professionals across entertainment, sports, wellness, and lifestyle. My journey into PR wasn’t necessarily conventional, it was built on an innate love for storytelling, connection, and helping others be seen in the most authentic and impactful way.
What started as a deep curiosity about the entertainment world evolved into a career where I now have the privilege of amplifying the voices of changemakers, visionaries, and everyday people doing extraordinary things. From Grammy award-winning artists and therapists shifting the mental health space, to brands redefining stigmas and making waves—I get to walk beside people in some of their most pivotal career moments, which is something I take pride in.
At BMRPR, we offer a full suite of services including media relations, brand strategy, campaign development, sponsorship outreach, digital visibility, and event publicity, but what really sets us apart is how we do it.
We pride ourselves on building real, trusting relationships with our clients. I truly believe that great PR can’t happen without trust. It’s that foundation that allows me to execute meaningful strategies that align with each client’s goals, values, and growth trajectory. While we maintain clear professional boundaries, I make it a priority to understand who my clients are, not just what they do. That understanding informs everything, from pitching to positioning to partnerships.
Every client is different, so no two strategies are ever the same. I don’t believe in cookie-cutter approaches. Instead, I tailor each plan based on where my clients are and where they want to be. This approach has not only driven impactful outcomes but also created long-term partnerships I’m incredibly proud of.
If there’s one thing I’d want potential clients, collaborators, or followers to know, it’s that BMRPR is grounded in integrity, strategy, and connection. We’re not just about creating noise; we’re about building momentum that lasts. Whether you’re launching something new, navigating a rebrand, or simply ready to be seen in a new light—this is a space where your story will be treated with care, clarity, and conviction.
And that, to me, is the most rewarding part of what I do.
We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
One of the most defining moments in my journey came after the loss of my father, a man who meant everything to me. His passing shook the foundation of my world, both personally and professionally. At the time, I made the difficult but necessary decision to temporarily pause operations at BMRPR, which was necessary to not only grieve, but also navigate through the complexities of a late estate process, which brought with it emotional and legal challenges I never could’ve prepared for.
It was during this difficult season that my resilience was tested. There were days I questioned what the next step would be, but somewhere in the quiet moments, I found clarity.
That time allowed me to re-evaluate everything. I reflected not just on how BMRPR operated, but why I started it in the first place. I began to redefine the brand from the inside out: shifting how I approach client relationships, creating more intentional strategies, and placing even greater value on trust, authenticity, and human connection. It reminded me that PR isn’t just about visibility, it’s about impact, alignment, and legacy.
Despite the odds, I came back stronger, with a renewed sense of purpose and a deeper understanding of who I am and the kind of work I want to put into the world. That period of loss became a turning point, and it taught me that resilience isn’t just about pushing through, it’s about allowing yourself to bend without breaking, to evolve without losing your essence, and to keep showing up.
I’m proud of what BMRPR has grown into today because of that experience. It shaped me not only as a business owner but as a human, and I carry that strength with me in every client relationship and every project I touch.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
One of the most effective strategies for growing our clientele at BMRPR has been staying rooted in alignment, working with people, brands, and companies we genuinely believe in and want to support. From the beginning, our approach has never been about chasing every opportunity or stacking as many retainers as possible. In fact, we strongly believe that “not all money is good money”.
At BMRPR, we lead with intention. We take the time to understand who the client is, what their brand stands for, and whether there’s a genuine connection there. If the energy, vision, and values don’t align, it’s a clear sign it’s not the right fit, and that’s okay. Because when you work with the right clients, the work becomes more meaningful, the results are stronger, and the relationship lasts longer.
We’re not just in it for the transaction, we’re in it for the transformation. It’s about building trust, cultivating relationships, and creating strategies that feel organic, aligned, and impactful. That’s what drives long-term growth, both for our clients and for us.
Our philosophy is simple: quality over quantity. When you truly love what you do and who you’re doing it for, you show up differently. You do it well. And when the work is rooted in passion and purpose, the money and rewards will always follow.
That’s our goal at BMRPR – not just to grow, but to grow right.
