Bethany , appreciate you joining us today. What’s been the best thing you’ve ever seen (or done yourself) to show a customer that you appreciate them?

I want my customers to feel like family. There have been times we have shot a small backyard wedding for under three hundred dollars just so the couple could have beautiful portraits to look back on. Each year we do a series called Woman Bold & Beautiful, where we take ten women to Jax Beach at sunset and they get an entire session totally on us just so they can see themselves in a glamourous, magazine-worthy way! We are first in line for several benefit events, to capture pictures and video for any organization that we want to get our name behind! All of these are examples of how we treat our clients. With kindness, compassion, love, and the utmost appreciation!

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

We are a sister-owned company. To be totally transparent with you, we had some tough times growing up. Tearsa and I have learned the importance of a moment. Life has a way of shaping or crushing you. We chose to grow! Through it all. BEBO Captured Moments LLC was founded in 2022 but, we started with our little Nikon back in 2013. Bethany behind the camera, and Tearsa as her model. Boy, have we grown! In 2020 we invested in the very best equipment and began booking left, and right. Today we book roughly two weddings a week (due to our phenomenal package prices) and several sessions ranging from Maternity, Family, Newborn, Engagement, Senior, and more! Be sure to keep an eye out for the creative shoots we do every now and again just to spice up our socials, and let the imagination come out to play! We love what we do and this shows through our client reviews and recurring bookings. It is such an honor to capture moments for our BEBO family!

Can you open up about how you funded your business?

BEBO was actually funded through tragic circumstances. My (Bethany’s) marriage ended in a terrible way! My house was sold and I used that money to buy over fifteen thousand dollars in equipment so I could fund my dream of owning a successful photography and videography business. It was well worth the investment and proof that a rainbow forms after the storm.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?

Being approachable and affordable for everyone. We don’t care about getting rich, honestly. This is clear when you see our session prices. We care about every person that knows us having a professional photo of a moment in time that will one day pass them by hanging up in their home, or on their social pages. That’s what matters to us!
