We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Benni Bank$. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Benni below.
Benni , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Can you talk to us about how you learned to do what you do?
I’ve always had a biggg love for music when i was younger i had a friend who’s dad would play all kinds of music. From bob marley to Bon Jovi he really expanded my musical ear. And my friend later started music production and i started writing. The whole process has really changed over the years i use to record music on my phone before i got in a real studio. With the knowledge I’ve gained over the years I’d say networking and traveling is definitely key meeting others creatives is something everyone should be doing as well you’ll never know who knows who. As far as obstacles it’s different for everyone i come from a Hispanic household so school is really important and if you don’t go to school your parents look at you crazy like you failed, this year was the first year my parents acknowledged my music and they see the work and consistency I’ve put behind it and understand this is what I’m gonna do.

Benni , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I was born in Dominican Republic, Santo Domingo from Buenos Aires i came to the states when i was young and learned English watching Scooby-Doo and Scarface my native language is Spanish and i started writing music in 2017 i dropped my first song that year and been in love with the process since then i feel like i started taking music actually serious when i met benz he’s one of my biggest motivations to always strive for greatness Once he stared the collective( THE END IS NEAR) i felt like all the pieces for greatness all fell in line from having premo to T4 hunter g big reek cam like the list goes on for real.

For you, what’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative?
The love from the people. One of my favorite things is meeting new people especially people who can connect with me through my music and hearing people learn your words like they wrote it themselves but definitely the LOVE!!
Is there something you think non-creatives will struggle to understand about your journey as a creative?
Being a creative comes with a lot when your doing it you gotta always be doing it it’s kinda like sharks if they stop swimming there dead it’s kinda the same concept except you don’t die and you gonna feel every emotion in the book with this literally so to all the non creatives who read this just know the creative you know needs your support and love this journey is not easy what so ever so hold it down!
