Ben & Aubree, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Before we get into specifics, let’s talk about success more generally. What do you think it takes to be successful?
Many businesses and creators fall into the trap of waiting for the ‘perfect’ idea or plan before taking action. But perfection is an illusion. The only way to find out what works is to put something out into the world, measure the response, and adjust accordingly. The faster you take action, the faster you learn, and the closer you get to success.
Success isn’t linear. It’s a cycle:
Take a risk.
Test the outcome.
Learn from the results.
Adjust and try again.
Repeat.
The people who succeed aren’t the ones who never fail; they’re the ones who never stop learning.
So, if you want to be successful, remove failure from being an option. Instead, embrace the “failures”, learn from them, and use it to fuel your next move. Because in reality, failure doesn’t exist, only lessons do. And those lessons are what lead to success.

Are there any books, videos or other content that you feel have meaningfully impacted your thinking?
Alex Hormozi’s 100M Leads book has been a game-changer for us as content creators. His philosophy of providing so much value that people want to pay for your work, has been a huge part of our growth strategy. Instead of chasing success, we focus on delivering the best possible insights, entertainment, and guidance to our audience. The book reinforced our belief that when you lead with value, business follows. It’s not about selling, it’s about serving, and that mindset has fueled everything we do in business and in life.

What do you find most rewarding about being a creative?
As content creators covering Universal Orlando, we’ve had the chance to experience some unforgettable moments, from riding thrilling coasters to getting sneak peeks at seasonal events, but the most rewarding part of the journey isn’t found on a ride or inside a soundstage. It’s the connections we’ve made along the way.
There’s something incredibly special about walking through the parks and hearing someone say, “Hey! I follow you!” That moment of recognition, that instant bond over a shared love of the parks, is what fuels us. It reminds us that the content we put out isn’t just being seen… it’s felt.
Even more meaningful are the friendships that have formed because of what we do. Chatting with a team member who shares their own love for Universal, meeting another creator who’s just as theme park obsessed, or bumping into followers who feel like old friends, we absolutely cherish those moments.
The Universal parks have become more than a backdrop for our content. They’re where our community lives. And that community? It’s full of incredible people who love to laugh, explore, and experience the magic right alongside us.
At the end of the day, we create because we love the parks, but we keep going because of the people we’ve met along the way.
