We were lucky to catch up with Bella recently and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Bella, thanks for joining us today. So, naming is such a challenge. How did you come up with the name of your brand?
M2C Management and Entertainment Group is named after my children’s. The “M2C” a pseudonym of my children’s first name initials. The Skin Care Boutique, Maddie Babe’s Beauty Bar is named after my daughter. I wanted to implement there names in each business because generational wealth is important to me.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
M2C Management and Entertainment Group founded in 2016. I have modeling experience, but found a better fit for myself behind the scenes. Im not camera shy or anything; Im more apt to technicalities and solving problems. After achieving a degree in Business Management, I developed a new interest in marketing and management so I decided to give it a shot. You’ll never know until you try right?
I’ve gained a ton experience over the years, and I’ve worked with some notable artists within the industry. Im most proud of being able to stand on the morals and values that I placed upon myself to ensure success. Now I sit in rooms that I couldn’t have imagined with my respect and dignity in tact.
Staying focused on my goals ensured that I achieved the success that i have thus far. I still have a long way to go, and many goals to reach but I’ll never give up. I’m always out networking, and learning new things. When I 1st opened my businesses, I didn’t mind freelance work, and that enabled me to build experience that I could use today.
Let’s move on to buying businesses – can you talk to us about your experience with business acquisitions?
I haven’t purchased a business per se but I recently opened Maddie Babe’s Beauty Bar, an All Natural Skin Care Boutique. Maddie Babe’s Beauty Bar offers innovative natural products that will enable you to achieve salon quality skin care in the comfort of your home.
The roll out process was a little hard because I struggled to find my target audience, but effective marketing techniques enabled me to finally reach my customers. I’ve spent a ton of money on advertising, but my return on ad spend has a high percentage so it’s been worth it. Now Maddie Babe’s Beauty Bar is running smoothly and everything is mostly automated. I don’t care if it’s $1.00, I can now make money in my sleep.

What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
The best sources for new clients for all of my businesses have been word of mouth and social media influence. Engaging with your clients via social media, and offering incentives/discounts is a good way to have a high client retention rate. Always stay 10 steps ahead of the competition, and don’t be scared to fail.
