We were lucky to catch up with Beatriz Cabrera recently and have shared our conversation below.

Beatriz, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What do you think matters most in terms of achieving success?

I strongly believe that consistency is a key factor for achieving success. In today’s fast-paced and often chaotic world, we all have an inherent desire for order and comfort. Therefore, to be successful, you need to consistently prove to your clients that you will always be there for them, no matter what. When clients trust you, they are more likely to invest in your business, which in turn will lead to greater success.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

I am Beatriz, Founder of the Beauty Tea Company. We started in 2021 in San Diego California, when I switched from coffee to tea to improve my health. I used to suffer from anxiety and had dehydrated skin, but tea helped alleviate those issues. Tea is packed with antioxidants that detox our bodies and fight free radicals. It also has anti-inflammatory properties and helps keep our skin youthful and healthy. Plus, it’s a beautiful art form that promotes calmness and serenity – something that helped me overcome my anxiety. I wanted to share these excellent benefits with others, so I founded the Beauty Tea Company. We’re here to help you enjoy a healthier, more peaceful, and more beautiful life through the power of tea.

Are there any books, videos or other content that you feel have meaningfully impacted your thinking?

“I absolutely love reading and learning new things every day! Over the past couple of years, I’ve devoured about 100 business books, and some of my favorites have been written by Donald Miller and Russel Brunson. However, my absolute favorite is ‘The E-Myth’. I highly encourage every entrepreneur to read it, as it provides invaluable insights on how to effectively implement systems to run and grow your business.”

What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?

Face to face interaction has proven to be my most effective strategy, even though I started my business online. I still remember my first interaction at the world tea expo and how thrilled I was to see the tea community embrace my product. Their positive feedback gave me the confidence to keep going and pursue my passion. I especially enjoy doing samplings and pop up sales as they provide me with the opportunity to meet my customers in person, learn from them and improve my offerings accordingly.
