Bailey, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. What’s been the most meaningful project you’ve worked on?
It really is difficult to choose just one. As a videographer, you are tasked with a very important role. That role is telling someone’s story. Some truly amazing stories that come to mind are when we flew across the world and heard stories from the locals in Rwanda, and how the community rebuilt after the genocide. Then, there are the stories of local business owners explaining their WHY behind what they do, what drove them to create their brand and how that brand can truly help people. They all look and feel different, they are all wonderfully unique. And if they are told correctly, they can all be pretty powerful.

Are there any resources you wish you knew about earlier in your creative journey?
Finding a mentor is HUGE! Someone who you can work with, side by side, and learn from was the quickest way to really understanding the trade.


How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?
I started out in video and really focused on the wedding space. I loved telling those stories for a while, but over the past few years, I’ve leaned heavily into my production and film background and dove into marketing businesses and managing their social media accounts. It’s such an incredible field because I get to learn about so many different industries and help unlock how they want to show up online—while also finding a language that truly speaks to their potential customers and clients.
