Bae, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Can you take us back in time to the first dollar you earned as a creative – how did it happen? What’s the story?

I took a lash class four years ago in November. I posted on a local Craigslist site as soon as I received certification. Instantly I received my first client. She was my first yes. My first paid yes. That gave me the desire to keep it going. I decided at that moment I wanted to travel with my talents. A lot of people in this industry will travel? However in a certain radius. I will go where ever the booking is.

Hello loves!
I go by Bae. I am the owner of Bae.Faced. I provide luxury beauty services. I travel to all my clients. Currently I specialize in lashes. Beginning of the new year I will be offering permanent make up. Followed by body sculpting.

I love to make women feel beautiful and loved. I love when my clients vent to me about anything or just lay quietly and take naps. Being a woman is extremely hard in this day and age. Being a woman means being everything to everyone and constantly putting yourself last.

God put it on my heart to be the light to make women feel just as they are- beautiful. It is a luxury to have a beauty service done in the comfort of your home.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

I decided that I had to just “try.” My personality is one of a free spirit. Music moves and inspires me. I use a lot of affirmation music in my posts. I know there are a lot of people watching me. Rather they admit it or not? I also know that in my core I’m doing this for the girls who just feel like they can’t win. I hold the title “under dog.” Strongly. My mission is to inspire through God, beauty, love, and light.

How did you put together the initial capital you needed to start your business?

I had no idea how much money it could or even present day will take to grow my brand. I do know? That even a little money can go along way. Start small. All you need is one yes. That one yes brings so much more.
