BabyRuth , appreciate you joining us today. What’s been the best thing you’ve ever seen (or done yourself) to show a customer that you appreciate them?

Taking my time to handwrite letters, lets customers know that I’m thankful for their time and effort to work with me. I always listen to my customers idea and valuable feedback that can improve every aspect of my business.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

My Name is BabyRuth Tangog and I’m the owner of MODERN ANGLE PHOTO BOOTH AND PHOTOGRAPHY. In this business, it didn’t require a ton of startup money, and with that we start booking gigs quickly to recap that investment. I believe that having a business is all about having fun, laughter and smiles that can help your business succeed. Some of the problems that I ran into was the pandemic, as of other businesses. With the shutdown happening, there was no income coming in. As the pandemic started to go away, we were back in business. I am most proud of myself for never giving up and for looking at the little details to improve customer satisfaction such as, having props that match the theme of the party, and having the colors match.

What’s been the best source of new clients for you?

The best source of new clients would be through social media. I also have my business cards that I like to keep in my purse where every I go, and I have the opportunity to share it with other potential clients. On those cards, there are QR codes that goes directly to our Facebook and Instagram!

We’d love to hear about how you met your business partner.

My husband was the one that actually that pushed me and helps me set up and tear down the equipment!
