Hi Avalon, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?

My journey started in corporate finance and customer relations , where I developed a solid foundation in customer service and business development. However, I’ve always had a deep passion for marketing. Conceptualization have always excited me. I found that I could hear a name and instantly envision an entire concept to execute , the look , the feel everything. I could listen to a song or idea and come up with the entire campaign promotion or video concept.

This natural drive for creating led me to step into the world of creative entrepreneurship, first as a female promoter and then eight years ago, I founded my Brand Agency.

The idea behind my business came from recognizing a gap in the market—there was a real need for better brand amplification and project support that truly resonated with audiences. I wanted to help brands build something not only successful but also meaningful, help them build community and create authority in their space.
My agency has since evolved to offer brand management, marketing, and talent liaison services, all focused on creating impactful, lasting results.

What fuels me is the ability to create, and the thrill of seeing those ideas come to life in ways that make a difference and of course the people I am honored to connect with . God has indeed blessed me.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?

What is even the meaning of smooth in entrepreneurship . Lol
But as the saying goes “a smooth sea never made a skillful sailor”

Entrepreneurship is a roller-coaster and the journey will never be smooth but I believe that the challenges were essential to my growth. Finance taught me structure but entrepreneurship taught me adaptability and risk tolerance.
One of the major challenges I experienced was navigating uncertainty. I doubted myself for years , the results and impact of my work will be clear and I will still doubt myself . If I was doubting me I can just imagine others probably will be also

Another challenge was scaling , each market is so unique , so learning to tailor my own offers, create structure, systems + strategies to be able to operate effectively was also a challenge .
