Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Austin(Brotherly) Little. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Austin(Brotherly), thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Do you think folks should manage their own social media or hire a professional? What do you do?
I love this question, I do manage my own social media page. I view my page as a resume for others to see when they come across my social page, in that reason this allows me to set up my page to my liking and be even more creative. I think having a company run your own page for you can be for some people, but it may not be for everyone. Seeing eye to eye with certain concent may make it harder to be on the same page, but running the page yourself is fully green light mode. Insights on just starting your social page maintaining is always remembering its your account and create as you please.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?
Hello my name is Austin Little, I prefer to be called brotherly, I am 21 from Southfield, Michigan. As far as why I like to be called brotherly, in 2o20 one morning I woke up and just decided that brotherly sounded like a nice name and I went with it. I am in the fashion industry, I love to move all around and not just stick with one craft. In my opinion having multiple crafts makes life more interesting, with that a few of my crafts are modeling/creative director, and design in terms of modeling I love being around cameras, whether my photo is being taken or I am within range of a shoot. Currently at the moment I am a full time employee working for Coca Cola as a merchandiser, now this isn’t in my field but it keeps income field into my pockets and when I get time off I work on the things I love such as digital videos, styling, creative directing or modeling for clothing brands. I want people to know me as a creator, styler, brand owner, not just as a person who has good clothing taste and dresses well. In the meantime, I’ll continue to work for Coca Cola and push out my creative on my Instagram.

Is there mission driving your creative journey?
A mission of mine is to be able to wake up and live freely and financially stressed-free, this pushes me to continue to be motivated and hard working knowing that once I reach my mission life will be better. Life is cool now, but there is certainly brighter days ahead. Just knowing that I will be financially free allows me to get in a good headspace and continue to create and produce content.

We’d love to hear about how you met your business partner.
I want to share the story of how I met Israel Miller, one of closest friends/brothers. Israel Miller is a photographer and the way we met was back in December 2022 downtown Detroit around Campus Martius outside near the skating rink. I did not know that I would run into Israel that night because I was with another one of my brotha friends and he is how I met Israel. Him and Israel had gone to Renaissance high school and that night, Israel had pulled up with him and he had his camera with him but I didn’t really come to want any photos on camera but on my phone instead. Shortly, after I had noticed his instagram and his shoots he was doing and creating, and I reached how to do a shoot and create. Since then we have worked on many shoots, created great content and will continue to grow!
