We were lucky to catch up with Austin Packard recently and have shared our conversation below.
Austin, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What’s the best or worst investment you’ve made?
The best investment I ever made was to hire a mentor that actually cared about my business growing and succeeding. I signed on with Logan Cendell from blue-collar business accelerator last year in the fall and he helped me in ways that I needed help in for years. He helped my business accelerate at a rate that I frankly thought was impossible. He helped me gain new appreciation for the work that I do make more money for myself personally grow faces of my business. I’ve always wanted to and help me create a better customer experience. This is all knowledge that I could have accumulated over years and years of doing business, but was able to implement in a matter of months because of his guidance and leadership. It has definitely been the best investment that I have made for my business thus far.

Austin, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

We’d love to hear about how you keep in touch with clients.
Communication with clients is crucial. I try to touch base with my clients on at least a weekly basis. If not more frequently I do frequent follow up calls to make sure everything is still beautiful and blooming and growing the way it should I often drop off boxes of cookies or some other kind of treat on the holidays and whenever someone leaves review or something like that.
