Attieh, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?
Years ago, my deep passion for becoming an Electrical Engineer led me to pursue excellence in the field. However, like many others, I was strongly driven by my environment and the encouragement and approval of those around me and I sought fulfillment in external sources and accomplishments. I was fortunate to be surrounded by amazing people and mentors who supported me every step of the way, and I am forever grateful to them.
However, we are all on a journey to expand our awareness, learn, and uncover more of who we truly are. When the time was right, I was guided internally to a situation that I refer to as a “growth accelerator program”, where I started my journey of learning that my true source of strength and fulfilment is within, and not in external sources, in the form of validations or even achievements.
This marked an important time in my life journey, one where I started my path of freeing myself from the need for external acceptance and returning to myself. I came to understand that I am whole and complete, regardless of the challenges or perceived shortcomings of my human experience. I recognized that I had created these experiences to remember and align with my inner and only source of joy, power, and wisdom.
In order to come to this realization, my environment shifted dramatically. I found myself in a setting dominated by constant criticism, which left me overwhelmed with feelings of inadequacy. In my efforts to fit in, gain approval, and feel significant, I worked harder, striving to achieve more and be more successful according to my old definitions of success. But in doing so, I lost touch with my true self. The more I sought external validations and achievements, the more difficult my situation became. No number of achievements could fulfill me anymore, as it was time for that cycle to end. Although this “growth accelerator program” was a very challenging period in my life, it marked the beginning of a transformative phase for me, and I am deeply grateful for it.
I know deep down that we are never alone; we come to Earth with an incredible inner support system that guides us every step of the way. The moment we choose to pay attention to this guidance and follow the path of least resistance, we begin to hear the whispers of our inner wisdom. In perfect synchronicity, the teachers, resources, and skills that we need to support us on our journey begin to appear in our lives. We simply need to be attuned, trust our inner guidance, and allow these resources to flow into our life experience.
My transformation has been an ongoing journey. Over the years and through various life situations, each orchestrated by my highest-self for the purpose of my growth, I have uncovered deeper layers of my belief system that once kept me misaligned with my true self. This process will continue, as expansion is a continuous journey. Along the way, I encountered wonderful teachers and resources that guided me back to myself and helped me find my freedom within. I came to recognize that the world exists within each of us, shaped and molded by our beliefs, thoughts and feelings, individually and collectively. We are the writers, directors, and actors of our own life stories, creating them within the framework of our unique blueprint and life purpose.
I also learned that joy and passion are the languages through which our true essence communicates with us. By tuning in to the callings of our highest-self and following the path of our deepest passion at every moment, we are guided toward unfolding of our life purpose. This is how I was led to transform my career from a dedicated PhD in electrical engineering to a self-empowerment and leadership coach.
Now, it is my passion and mission to assist others in liberating themselves from their self-imposed limitations and help others reconnect with their deepest desires, source of joy, inner wisdom, and empowerment. These gifts are inherent within all of us, and we can reclaim them with ease when we have the will to do so.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
Throughout my transformation journey, I was guided to work with several mentors, teachers, and coaches. I came to truly understand the value of having a transformational coach who could walk beside me on my path. My coaches provided not only guidance and support but also the space to explore and realize my potential with clarity and confidence. With their expertise, they helped in illuminating blind spots, brought awareness to my limiting beliefs, and guided me to shift my perspective, which ultimately accelerated my growth and transformation. They held me accountable and empowered me to take bold actions, while respecting my unique path without judgement.
This inspired me to learn coaching skills so I could serve others in a new way and with a greater capacity. As part of this quest, I completed the life coaching training programs of Robbins and Madanes Training, which taught me the coaching modalities of Tony Robbins. I then completed the Mindvalley Certified Life Coaching program and the Certified Hypnotherapist program by Dr. Paul McKenna, which expanded my skillset and deepened my ability to support and help others.
Having worked in the engineering industry for many years, I am familiar with the challenges that engineers and business professionals face, particularly those who feel trapped in the corporate system. Engineers often enter the industry with advanced degrees, such as a Master’s or PhD, which requires years of investment in their fields. They are highly driven by passion and creativity and are problem-solvers, focused on innovation, and thrive in collaborative environments. However, the competitive and high-pressure culture of the industry, coupled with tight deadlines and micromanagement, often drains their enthusiasm and resourcefulness. In such environments, engineers often lose ownership of their projects, becoming overwhelmed with daily tasks that reduce their creative potential. In some companies, the demands extend beyond regular hours, sometimes requiring engineers to work during the weekends or even during their vacations. This continuous pressure makes it difficult to sometimes fully disconnect from work and maintain a healthy work-life balance needed for having an innovative state of mind. Over time, the stress and burnout dramatically reduce the engineers’ passion and creativity which are their core resources for performance and fulfillment. Many engineers switch companies, hoping for better management systems and cultures, higher salaries, or promotions, but these changes often don’t solve the underlying issues. Some end up feeling trapped by financial constraints and social pressures, resenting years of investment in their degrees and careers. In response to this situation, many have lowered their expectations, shifting from striving to create a fulfilling career to merely enduring a day-to-day job to make a living, which has led to a widespread lack of deeper meaning in professional life.
I believe many of us have become so accustomed to this system that we have accepted this way of viewing our careers as the norm, to minimize the suffering that it causes. My simple approach to such situations is this: if you don’t like it, transcend it. This reality has been co-created by both employers and employees, shaped by a mindset of fear, scarcity, and lack. But I firmly believe that together we can co-create a more fulfilling and enjoyable reality. The change starts with each of us, by recognizing the empowerment, wisdom, gifts, abundance, and support available to us in every moment, without the need to manipulate and control others. The answers lie within, and once we shift our perspective, our reality will shift as well, reflecting who we truly are and what we are offering.
Change begins by reassessing our desires, letting go of those that are planted in us through our need to belong to society and do not truly reflect who we are, and then following the path of our highest desire in each moment. Our deepest passion is our roadmap. If we believe that following our deepest passion cannot support us in our life, it is time to reevaluate our belief system. We should then detach from the need to control the “how” of unfolding our desires, trusting that our intuition will guide us to what we need in our path. We must surrender to our power within, which often remains dormant due to the control that we impose on ourselves out of fear. My mission is to bring this awareness to people in the industry and, through my coaching skills, help individuals who seek fulfillment, to first find it within and then create it in their external reality. As a self-empowerment coach, I see myself as a gardener who plants the seed, nurtures it with care, and trusts that the seed will unfold and grow along its natural path, reaching its fullest potential.

How do you keep your team’s morale high?
I believe that the key to building a team with high morale lies in recognizing the unique gifts that each individual brings to the table and allowing them to contribute and express themselves in their own authentic way. Leadership is not about closely monitoring, controlling or micromanaging the team members; rather, it’s about inspiring each team member to unlock and realize their true potential. A strong leader cultivates an environment where everyone feels valued and respected, both as a person and as a professional. A fear-based work environment only encourages fear-based controlling actions, in all the levels from high management to the team members, whereas a trust-based environment fosters collaboration, open communication, and self-empowerment, allowing individuals to thrive and contribute with their best work.
Prioritizing the well-being and personal growth of team members is essential in creating a trusting and nurturing atmosphere. When individuals feel supported and appreciated, it not only enhances their sense of belonging but also encourages them to take ownership of their roles. This sense of ownership empowers team members to contribute more fully, collaborate effectively, and work with a shared sense of purpose and commitment. Ultimately, a team built on trust, respect, and personal growth will be more motivated, engaged, and united in achieving its goals.

What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
We live in a beautiful, interconnected natural network, harmonized by the law of resonance. I trust that those who seek help on their transformative journey, feel aligned with my coaching skills, and know I can serve them, will find their way to me through synchronicity and their inner guidance.
I also have external channels, such as my website and LinkedIn page, to share my vision, message and services, and connect with individuals who resonate with what I offer. I provide a free discovery call, giving potential clients the chance to experience my coaching style and allowing me to determine if I am the right person to support their transformation.
Referrals are another valuable way I connect with new clients, as they come from trusted individuals who have experienced the benefits of my coaching firsthand. This organic form of connection helps to build trust and credibility, as new clients feel more confident knowing they were referred by someone they know and respect.
In addition to referrals, I attend local gatherings and conferences as much as my schedule allows.
