Through my Fire and Flow Leadership methodology, I empower leaders to create a style that’s both powerful and deeply aligned with who they truly are. Fluent in English, French, and Arabic (my native language), I bring a multicultural perspective and over two decades of experience that resonate with leaders from diverse industries and continents.

My journey began in Morocco, where traditional expectations often stifled feminine power. I still remember standing at a crossroads—choosing between societal expectations and forging my own path. At 21, I moved to Canada, building a thriving marketing career and serving as a Fractional Chief Marketing Officer for national and global brands. Yet, despite my outward success, I felt a profound emptiness. This disconnect pushed me to redefine wealth and fulfillment, ultimately creating Fire and Flow Leadership.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?

One of the most profound lessons I had to unlearn was that success comes from constant striving and proving yourself to the world. Growing up in Morocco, I absorbed the belief that I had to work harder to be seen and valued, especially as a woman. This relentless drive to push and perfect became an invisible shield I wore to prove I could do it all—but eventually, it shattered.

One evening during the holidays, I sat reflecting on what should have been my most successful year in business. I had achieved every goal, yet I felt utterly drained. My body mirrored this burnout—I was battling four infections, unable to taste, smell, or hear. It was a wake-up call.

In that stillness, I realized I had been leading my whole life from fire—fueled by ambition and external validation—while suppressing my feminine essence and intuition, which I had been conditioned to see as weaknesses. It was time to pause, embrace my inner duality, and balance fire with flow. From that moment, Fire and Flow Leadership was born—a philosophy that blends purpose with presence, ambition with adaptability, and wisdom with courage.

This shift transformed not only my business but also my life. Now, I guide others toward this harmony, showing them that true success isn’t about doing more—it’s about being more.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?

My reputation comes from a combination of integrity, genuine connection, and a deep commitment to personal growth. I don’t just teach Fire and Flow Leadership; I live it. I’m ‘Client 0’ in everything I teach—I do the inner work first, share my own stories of transformation, and show up authentically in every interaction. My clients know that my work isn’t theoretical; it’s real, embodied, and effective.

As a global business consultant, I’ve worked with leaders across cultures and continents, developing a unique sensitivity to their needs. Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, I connect with clients in their language, fostering trust and understanding that transcend cultural boundaries. My curiosity drives me to constantly expand my skillset, exploring new methodologies and frameworks to provide my clients with the most effective tools.
