Hi Asia, thanks for joining us today. Do you have any thoughts about how to create a more inclusive workplace?
This year my focus was creating a space I’d love to create candles in each day. I started renovating my candle studio in the fall of 2022. With so much space & an area only for candle making it’s been amazing. I have a few more things I want & need to do before it’s officially finished.

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
I love social media. I’m extremely proud of the audience & tribe I’ve built from 3 followers to currently 30.8k on Tiktok and 5,274 on Instagram. I’ve learned that being your authentic self on the internet is the best thing for me. Showing people how I balance life, motherhood & my business is the key to remaining true to myself.
What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
Being local in my community is one way I remain I grow my clientele. Attending different events and markets help me continue to grow my tribe.
