As a mom and a military spouse living far from extended family, I understood the significance of family photos in bridging the gap created by distance. I wanted to cherish every season of my son’s life, and like many, I couldn’t justify spending exorbitant amounts of money every few months for professional photos. My photography style is all about enhancing moments rather than altering them with unrealistic editing. I believe that the true beauty of a photograph lies in capturing the authenticity of the moment. I aim to keep my editing subtle and unobtrusive, ensuring that it never distracts from the real stars of the show – the people in the photo. My approach is centered on making my clients feel at ease and creating a comfortable environment during our sessions. I believe that genuine, candid moments arise when people feel relaxed and themselves. So, I love engaging in conversations and building a rapport with my clients throughout the session, encouraging them to be their authentic selves in front of the camera. It’s in those unguarded moments that the magic truly happens, and I’m here to preserve those beautiful, real memories for you to cherish.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

I expanded my Facebook following by inviting others to like my page and garnered numerous positive reviews from clients. These reviews have been huge in growing my photography business, boosting both credibility and new client interest.

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?

The most powerful source of new clients for me has undeniably been the positive word of mouth from my past clients. Their recommendations have consistently brought in new business and reinforced the trust in my photography services.
