“My approach to helping clients find and design their sacred spaces is deeply personal and intentionally holistic. I incorporate Biophilic Feng Shui principles and elements to create an environment that resonates on an energetic level, aligning each space with who my clients truly are. The transformation goes beyond aesthetics; it’s about crafting a home that feels like a sanctuary, a place of renewal, balance, and genuine alignment.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is witnessing the profound changes clients experience, not just in their physical spaces but within themselves. Through a combination of interior design, energy work like Reiki and Sound Healing, and thoughtful space planning, my goal is to help clients cultivate an environment that mirrors and supports their inner journey.

As recognition of this mission, I was honored to receive the West Palm Beach ‘Green Business of the Year’ award for my dedication to sustainability, transforming my business into an eco-friendly spa oasis. This award underscores my commitment to integrating eco-friendly practices, not only in design but as a lifestyle. I believe that our homes should support our well-being and that of the planet—a vision I am grateful to share through the work I do every day.”

Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?

“During COVID, I faced a major pivot in both my career and personal calling. My holistic healing practice, Ashley Rose Healings, was rooted in face-to-face interactions, focusing on creating sacred, healing spaces for clients. With the pandemic limiting in-person sessions, I felt the call to shift this vision into a more accessible form—bringing the concept of sacred, healing spaces directly into clients’ homes.

This led me to create Ashley Rose Sacred Spaces, a service that blends Reiki, Sound Healing, and personalized interior design to shape each client’s home as a sanctuary. I became licensed in Real Estate and certified in Interior Design, applying my experience as a Fashion Stylist and Editor to develop mood boards, guiding home designs that evoke the same harmony and comfort we sought in my healing spaces.

Today, I’m grateful for the opportunity to share this holistic approach to home design, infusing each space with elements of identity, peace, and personalized energy. It’s been such a gift to help clients feel at home both within themselves and in their environment—a transformative pivot that’s allowed me to bring together everything I love in a new way.”

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.

“Six years ago, I set out to launch a virtual yoga studio, Good Vibes Virtual Yoga, envisioning a space where people could access holistic healing practices long before the world would later shift online. My pre-grand opening was on 11/11, a date full of promise, with plans for a full launch in January. I poured months of work and significant resources into this, arranging a Buddha Bar with custom teas, tinctures, Shamanic Tonics, and setting up a complete yoga teacher schedule.

Then, just days before the launch, the warehouse I was using shut down unexpectedly, and everything I’d worked so hard to build seemed to vanish overnight. It was a devastating blow that left me heartbroken, and it took me months to process and navigate what felt like an enormous setback.

This experience taught me the importance of resilience and surrounding oneself with the right support. Reflecting on it, I realized that this setback was leading me to something even more meaningful. The following year, I was inspired to create Ashley Rose Sacred Spaces, a venture that combines my love for healing practices with a focus on creating sacred spaces in homes. I learned that each journey, even the painful ones, serves a purpose and can guide us to our true path. It’s all about where these journeys lead us, and embracing that process was key to finding my calling.”
