Ashley, appreciate you joining us today. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?

When I started my own firm, I left a firm after eight months of being an attorney. The firm had past clients, providers, and vendors calling to ask about outstanding payments. I was a new baby lawyer, had no privy to any of the firm’s inter workings or trust accounts. I knew something was not right just from the handful of calls that I fielded. Ethics, morals, and integrity have always been the most important values to me. I left to start my own firm and founded it based upon Micah 6:8 which states in part; do justly, love mercy, walk humbly. My mission and vision for Rawlins Law is based upon this scripture. To do what is right, just, and to help as many people as possible!

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

I am a car crash/personal injury attorney who owns Rawlins Law, which is a San Diego based firm. We accept personal injury cases throughout California.
I am also licensed in Texas and Florida.

I take great pride in helping as many people as possible with no monetary threshold of a case value. I am personally involved in every single case and every client matters to us at Rawlins Law.

Any advice for managing a team?

We are all remote and have been since the beginning. It is imperative to find people who believe in your vision.
I don’t micromanage but am very big on performance. I also ensure to jump in and help with anything at anytime.
I believe in providing positive feedback and rewards/bonuses!

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?

Consistently doing what is right and caring about clients! I take a lot of reductions on my fees. I review every case and always try to be fair.
We pride ourselves in communication and client service.
I make myself available for every client and give out my personal cellphone.
