Ashley, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What do you think it takes to be successful?
What I feel would take to be successful, would be having the hunger, drive, determination, and the consistency to show up and put in my all regarding my business and the goals of what I am pushing forward towards my business . I know and understand that success doesn’t happen over night and in order to get to that success I know that it’s gonna take me to put in the hardwork to push myself regardless of how hard it may get. I’ve been in business for 2 years now and it’s has always been a journey, where I got to go harder than ever due to my business being my life support and I need this business to keep me afloat and from the normalities of working an 9 to 5. I know that I have to keep moving forward, while staying in the motion of being focus on reaching my target budget regarding my brand and business.

Ashley, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I am a small business owner who specialties is handmade jewelry and custom made jewelry, what started out as an hobby quickly turned into something that turned around and showcase my creativity, my style, and my passion within my jewelry pieces. What made me grew intrest into the jewelry business would be, me loving the way certain jewelry can bring out any style, color, or pattern regarding any outfit or style that I choose to wear, I also like how jewelry can have their own meaning and statement. I feel as if the products that I create have an very satisfied feeling for when I make custom made jewelry and how customers are very happy and excited to get to be in the process of getting something custom made that they are able to add their opinion on how they would like for their jewelry to be made. What set me apart from others, would be my own uniquness of how I create and run my business, I focus on what it is that I want to offer, yet attract my customers towards what I feel they would like or love. I put forth into making my business stands apart by creating things that you don’t see very often let alone doing what other are doing. I like to keep my focus on being bold while adding something different into my business. What I am most proud of is being able to take a stand and work on my passion, while believing that at the end of the day my hardwork gonna pay off and I’ll have the luxury of reaping the benefits of my labor and love reagrding my business.

What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
The best source for new clients, would be the fact that they like what I have to offer, and the fact that they support my small business by shopping and the fact of getting to know and understand what it is that their looking for and to give the above and beyond customer service experience, where they don’t have an problem with returning again.

Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
The way I keep in touch with customers, would be by offerring an email marketing list where everytime I get an purchase from an customer. I would record their email down and used it for an later time where I would offer any type of discounts or sales that I may have going on at the time. I also like to send out SMS text messages as an way to keep up with customers due to me knowing that the easiest way to reach customers are through their phones.
