We were lucky to catch up with Ashley Lopez recently and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Ashley, thanks for joining us today. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?
We love serving people and the community creating magical and memorable moments for all our clients. When there is passion and love in everything you do, life is easier and enjoyable. To ensure client satisfaction and loyalty as we deliver personal and unique experiences that are beyond expectation and create long term loyal relationships by consistently providing outstanding service that creates an overall extraordinary event experience.

Ashley, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
The Party Rental industry has grown significantly since we started back in 2018 and there is a lot of competition. We pride ourselves in being affordable with great quality service and products. We are two friends who decided to step out of the box and follow our dreams. We started off 6 years ago in 2018 with just a photo booth and have slowly expanded to party rentals & decor. Being an all women, Latina owned business has opened many doors for us and has introduced us to a strong community of women. Aside from being Latina’s we are also moms working full time jobs Monday through Friday. Although our lives are hectic and very busy, we strive to set a positive example for our children, especially our daughters. As women there is a misconception of what we should do or can’t do but we want to show them that anything is possible with prioritization, hard work and dedication.

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
Ashley – I went to school for Fashion Marketing and Management. I spent 5 years hopping from place to place trying to find something that I truly enjoyed. Until i finally gave in and decided to follow my gut and open my own business. I recently left my full time job as a customer service manager to be a stay at home mom and to dedicate my time to continue growing Enchanted Rentals NJ.
Maria – I am a full time nurse during the week and on the weekends I dedicate my time to Enchanted Rentals NJ.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
Covid Changed the course of the party rental industry. When covid happened we were down for 1 whole year. We fought through, kept positive, continued to post on social media and advertised our business consistently. Once people started having social events again we picked up and now we are the busiest we have ever been.
