Ashley , appreciate you joining us today. Innovation comes in all shapes, sizes and across all industries, so we’d love to hear about something you’ve done that you feel was particularly innovative.
The most innovative campaign we’ve produced is the Nike Yardrunners campaign- amplifying HBCU Colleges and Universities and their students and alumni. This was monumental, as Nike and many other lifestyle brands have never highlighted HBCU students in an official global content campaign dedicated to them and their individual journeys. Being able to conceptualize, cast and produce an iconic campaign with the Nike teams will forever be stamped in Nike and HBCU history.

As the Chief Creative Officer and Founder of League Twenty-Two, Ashley Henderson launched her Los Angeles – based creative services agency specializing in event production and fabrication, creative strategy, and content curation in 2016. With a focus on Beauty, Music, Sports, Retail, and Philanthropy, together with her growing staff of eight employees, the League Twenty-Two team produces large and small-scale events for global brands such as Nike, Estee Lauder, META, YouTube, Beautycon, Jordan and Diageo.
Prior to League Twenty Two, Ashley was the Regional Events Manager at MAC (Estee Lauder Companies) producing all west coast events at the esteemed global brand in addition to helping friends at the NFL and other top companies to produce experiential experiences.
Ashley is a Los Angeles native, Howard University graduate, and proud member of Alpha Chapter, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority.

Executing at a premium level, no matter the size of our team, we always deliver and that has consistently grown our reputation in the industry. Also, referrals and amazing reviews from our current clients and associates have helped us gain a reputable name as one of the upcoming new agencies in marketing.
Have you ever had to pivot?
In 2020, due to COVID, we had to shift our focus from experiential events and activations to meaningful digital content and campaigns. We also helped our clients in the social media space, increased our seeding kits production, and elevated our creative strategy offerings. Now all three have become primary specialties we offer as an agency.
