We were lucky to catch up with Ashley Fleuridor recently and have shared our conversation below.
Ashley, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today How did you learn to do what you do? Knowing what you know now, what could you have done to speed up your learning process? What skills do you think were most essential? What obstacles stood in the way of learning more?
Learning the craft of my passion as well ad my dream job and pursuing it as my career.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I go by Ashley Felix, I am 21 years old & I am an upcoming aspiring high fashion model. I started off by taking simple photos with my friend who is also an aspiring creative. After that I began directing my own creative & artistic photoshoots including group projects. Something I feel sets me apart from others is being able to take risks for what I want to do. Although it looks fun on the outside looking in there are some challenges that it comes with. Something that I am most proud of is my confidence. What I love most about modeling is the sense of freedom. The fact I can be myself in front of the camera. I’ve always had a liking for fashion, makeup, music, being in front of the camera etc. Anything that helps me express my unique and creative mind brings me the satisfaction that I can be someone one day that can inspire others. I want my followers and supporters to know how passionate I am about my career & my craft and how determined I am to get where I want to be. I have an ingenious and exquisite mind that is constantly running and I want to be able to show the world one day.

What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?
The most rewarding aspect of being an upcoming Model is recognition. I feel like recognition is very important. I love when people show admiration and respect for my achievements as I get closer to my goal. Recognition is about giving positive feedback based on my creative work that I like to show my supporters.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
The way I built my audience on social media was by engaging with my followers and being consistent with posting my craft. You need to have consistency, good quality, and strategic content. Not only does it build your audience but it attracts more people that are also creatives. It attracts people that have the same taste, or aspiration as you do.
