Ashley , appreciate you joining us today. Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?

I specialize in maternity and newborn photography in the Orange County and Los Angeles area. I have over 12 years of experience, and I truly love what I do, it’s literally the best job in the world. I feel so fortunate to capture timeless memories for my clients. My photography journey began once I became a mother. I truly always loved capturing every moment in life for my family. But when it came time to capture my first pregnancy and her newborn photos. I couldn’t help but feel disappointed in the whole experience. There was so much that I had hoped for in the client experience, and so much I had envisioned for those precious memories of mine. But sadly both sessions didn’t go as I had hoped for. So at that point I decided to start my photography career, and for Mother’s Day received my first professional camera and photography education.

My mission was to create a unique experience, driven by a deep appreciation for the beauty and strength of expectant mothers. I decided specialize and embark on a remarkable journey as a maternity and newborn photographer.

At the heart of this mission was a desire to create an unforgettable experience for every expectant mom, to make her feel truly beautiful and celebrated during this precious time in her life. Recognizing that pregnancy is a time of immense transformation and vulnerability, and aimed to capture the radiance and confidence that comes with carrying new life.

To ensure that each mom felt pampered and cared for, I wanted to go the extra mile. Not only did I want to offer exceptional photography services, but also provide optional hair and makeup add-ons. To enhance every mom’s natural beauty and help her feel even more stunning during her maternity photoshoot.

Understanding the importance of feeling comfortable and confident, I offer full client closet for expectant moms to use during their session. This closet is filled with a wide range of stylish and flattering maternity gowns, allowing expectant moms to choose the perfect outfit that made them feel like the goddesses they truly were.

But the journey doesn’t end with maternity photography. My passion also extended to capturing the fleeting moments of newborn bliss. Recognizing that new parents often feel overwhelmed by the preparations for their little one, I decided to ease their burden. By providing all the necessary items for the newborn experience, ensuring that parents could relax and enjoy the session without worrying about missing essentials.

From cozy blankets to adorable props, everything is meticulously prepared, creating a warm and safe environment for the newborn. My attention to detail and dedication to providing a seamless experience allows new parents to cherish these precious early moments with their little one, knowing that their memories were being captured with love and care.

I want to empower expectant moms, celebrate the beauty of new life, and create lasting memories that families will cherish for a lifetime. I started my maternity and newborn photography business after becoming a mother, and having a desire for a unique experience. After experiencing two pregnancies myself and picking my body apart during both of my pregnancies. I wanted to change the narrative, and show every expectant mother that they are truly beautiful. I have been a photographer now over 12 years, and it broke my heart over the years to hear how negatively other expectant mother’s perceived themselves. When all I saw was how amazing they looked creating new life. At that point I decided to create an experience that would empower expectant mother’s and showcase their natural beauty.

I also wanted to make their postpartum experience easier by creating a seamless newborn experience that would allow them to relax and enjoy this special time.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
