Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Ashley Bryant. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Ashley , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Growth is exciting, but from what we’ve seen across thousands of conversations with entrepreneurs it’s also dangerous if costs aren’t watched closely – sometimes costs can grow out of control outpacing revenue growth and putting the viability of the entire business at risk. How have you managed to keep costs under control?
In the past year, costs have definitely increased but I try my best to keep my prices reasonable. I buy my products in bulk at a cheaper price rather than smaller quantities constantly. I also study the body sculpting industry and make sure my prices are slightly lower than others. I offer special pricing for my loyal clients, and they refer their family and friends. Even when prices increase, I review my business expenses and ensure that I keep them to a minimum. I have only had to increase my prices once and that was by $10. I am so big on customer service so when my clients see a slight increase they are understanding and remain loyal and in return Allure is able to grow while keeping costs under control and my clients happy.

Ashley , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
My name is Ashley Bryant and I am the CEO of Allure Beauty & Body. In addition to being a CEO, I am a wife and mother. I have an amazing husband and two wonderful children. I love to travel, cook and spend time with my family and friends. I got into this industry roughly five years ago. My husband was working in Afghanistan, and he would only get to come home twice a year. Well, one particular year (2019), instead of coming home for my birthday, he planned an amazing trip for me to meet him in Dubai. He went all out. He purchased my dresses, shoes, etc. It was really one of the best birthdays ever. I received my dresses and was super excited until I tried them on. I was not satisfied at all with my mid-section. I am a mother of two and have a few imperfections to say the least. Haha! A few days later, I started to go to the gym 3-4 times a week. I was so motivated! I saw results but wanted to see more before my upcoming trip. I had a few friends that had laser lipo and cavitation done in the past, so I had knowledge of the non-invasive treatments. I found a body sculpting specialist and started my treatments right away! The results were amazing and way cheaper than plastic surgery. Fast forward to 2020, Allure Beauty & Body emerged.

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
Social media is so beneficial when operating a business. I barely post on my personal pages, but I knew that I had to be active on my business pages when I decided to start a business. One night, a friend and I was discussing business and she was giving me helpful tips on how to run a successful business. One of those tips was to download Canva and create posts/reels and post constantly on social media. I took her advice. To this day, I am very active on social media. I post beauty tips, have giveaways, show client results and so much more. I also pay $20 here and there for Facebook and Instagram ads. Being active on social media and engaging with my audience has increased my following. My advice to those that are just starting to build their social media presence would be to post, post, post! Post a story and/or reel and use hashtags that are relatable to your business. Engage with your audience such as answering questions or simply by saying thank you if need be. It makes a difference. Lastly, have fun with it!
Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
I absolutely love my clients and spoil them. Haha! Once you become an Allure babe (client), I am there to assist in any way that I can. I see my clients often but will text or call to check in. They even check in with me as well. I truly care about my clients and foster trust with them through respect, patience, compassion, flexibility and so much more. The experience that my clients receive promote brand loyalty.
