Our mission at Code Ninjas is to empower the next generation to thrive in a digital future by teaching them essential STEM skills, including coding, robotics, and problem-solving. With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, I have witnessed the profound impact that technological literacy can have on young minds. My husband, Vishal, and I, along with our daughters, are dedicated to providing children with the tools they need to not only consume technology but to create it.
Through our engaging, game-based curriculum, we have observed remarkable transformations in children’s focus, problem-solving abilities, and confidence. Our daughters’ own journeys in learning coding and STEM concepts have reinforced our belief in the importance of these skills. We’ve seen a remarkable improvement in their focus, problem-solving abilities, and confidence. By developing their own video games and engaging in hands-on projects, children gain a sense of accomplishment and a deeper understanding of the digital world around them. It’s incredibly rewarding to know we’re helping children not just play games but create them, while developing skills that will shape their futures.

I’m Ashima Gupta, with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, where I recognized the vital role of technology in shaping futures. When my husband, Vishal, and I discovered Code Ninjas, a franchise that teaches kids coding through a fun, game-based curriculum, we experienced it firsthand with our daughters and fell in love. This inspired us to open our own locations to spread this knowledge and empower children to thrive in a digital world.
At Code Ninjas, we offer programs that foster creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking for all kids, including neurodivergent children. Through coding, game development, and robotics, we create an inclusive, engaging environment that helps kids of all learning styles unlock their full potential. Our goal is to turn kids from consumers of technology into creators while building confidence and collaboration skills.
What sets us apart is our commitment to making coding fun, accessible, and inclusive. As parents, we’ve seen firsthand the benefits of the Code Ninjas curriculum, especially in how it improved our daughters’ focus, problem-solving, and confidence. To keep in touch with our clients and foster brand loyalty, we focus on consistent engagement through newsletters and social media. We host fun, interactive events like “Parent and Me” coding classes, where families can bond over STEM activities. Additionally, we keep our community informed about upcoming camps, clubs, and special programs that cater to different interests and age groups. By creating memorable experiences and maintaining open communication, we strengthen relationships and ensure clients feel connected to our mission of empowering kids through STEM education.
What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
The most effective strategy for growing our clientele has been engaging with the community through events like school STEM fairs, silent auction donations, and supporting PTAs. These activities help us build strong local relationships while showcasing our commitment to STEM education. We also host interactive “Parent and Me” classes, open houses, and workshops to attract new families and introduce them to our programs. Word-of-mouth referrals from these events, combined with regular communication about our camps and clubs, have been crucial in expanding our reach and building brand loyalty.
