Asher, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What sort of legacy are you hoping to build. What do you think people will say about you after you are gone, what do you hope to be remembered for?
A legacy of service and impact.
I hope to be remembered as someone who didn’t just do business, but truly made a difference — for my family, for the people I’ve helped, and for the community I love. Through my work with our businesses (BUYAZRE, Proactive Close, ACRE Coaching), and our charity efforts, I aim to leave behind something that went beyond profit — something that helped others succeed, feel supported, and love where they live.

I want my legacy to reflect how I’ve helped people make smart decisions, build lasting success, and reach their goals. Whether it’s agents I’ve mentored, clients I’ve guided, or partners I’ve collaborated with, I hope I’m known for helping others win — not just in business, but in life.

More than anything, I want my wife and kids to remember me as a husband and father who showed up, who led by example, and who built a life of stability, opportunity, and love for them.

Asher, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I started in real estate back in 2006 on the commercial side before transitioning into residential sales, where I found my passion for helping people make confident, informed decisions. Before that, my background was in marketing, promotions, and consulting with business owners on things like culture, infrastructure, and profits. That experience taught me the importance of listening, creating smart strategies, and guiding people toward choices that truly work for them.
Today, I work with everyone from first-time buyers to seasoned investors, people relocating to Arizona, and those buying or selling portfolio deals. What sets me apart is that I’m not just focused on the transaction — I’m here to help people make the best possible decisions based on their unique situation. Whether it’s negotiating a deal that secures major concessions, advising on pricing strategies beyond online estimates, or helping someone relocate with confidence, I’m always focused on making the process smooth, transparent, and successful.
I’m proud of the relationships I’ve built over the years, the nearly one thousand successful transactions I’ve been a part of, and the opportunity to mentor and coach other agents through BUYAZRE and ACRE Coaching. At the end of the day, I want people to know that I’m here to help them love where they live — and that’s at the heart of everything I do.


Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
Honestly, it’s always come down to relationships and referrals. I focus on serving people well, staying in touch, and showing up consistently — whether that’s through conversations, content, or community involvement. My goal isn’t just to “close” a deal; it’s to guide people through a major life decision with clarity and care. When people feel that, they naturally want to refer friends and family. That’s been the backbone of my business. Pair that with strategic partnerships and thoughtful marketing, and that’s how I continue to grow year after year.


Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
One that stands out was during the 2008 crash. I was in commercial real estate at the time, and everything changed overnight. Deals dried up, clients paused, and the path forward was unclear. Instead of waiting it out, I pivoted. I leaned into helping people in residential real estate — folks who still needed to move, invest, or make life changes — and built my business from the ground up. I started over in many ways, but that shift laid the foundation for everything I’ve built today. It taught me how to adapt, stay solution-focused, and show up even when the market is uncertain — all of which has served me and my clients well ever since.
