Ashanna, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Was there a defining moment in your professional career? A moment that changed the trajectory of your career?
Being in Healthcare has its own challenges. You have to have a passion and determination for helping others. I have a great desire for my profession. My willingness and determination for helping others in my daily life. I can pour that same love into my career.

As a dental professional I created pulse scrubs to help medical professionals look and feel good while working. We work so hard but feel better when we look good. The comfort of my scrubs provides that feeling. We can walk in confidence with pulse.
What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
I would have to say it was word of mouth. My friends and family go hard for pulse. They want to see me win. We encourage each other businesses.
Can you talk to us about how your funded your firm or practice?
Funding my business from the start was from my savings.
