One of the best things Seven Stars Travel and Tours has done is to show appreciation to our traveler that choose to design their travel experiences with us. This, providing unexpected upgrades or perks during their trip. Every traveler is important and with a strong experience in the industry working in international renowned brands; showing appreciation to every traveler going beyond standard service expectations is a pilar in our business.
Additionally, personalized communication before, during, and after the trip also makes a significant difference. Sending a handwritten note or a thoughtful email wishing them a great trip, following up to ensure everything went smoothly, and expressing gratitude for their choice of the agency can further reinforce the sense of appreciation and build long-term loyalty.

With a solid foundation in hospitality management and a diverse background in premier service roles, I bring a wealth of expertise to the table. My career journey began at Qatar Airways, delivering exceptional service and ensuring the comfort of passengers from around the globe. Building upon this experience, I further honed my skills at the world’s longest-running five-star resort in Colorado, renowned for its commitment to excellence in guest experience.
Additionally, I have successfully navigated the complexities of Marketing and Sales Strategy Management through my own travel agency. This role has allowed me to cultivate a deep understanding of customer engagement, market dynamics, and strategic planning within the travel and hospitality sector.
Combining my academic background in hospitality management with hands-on experience in aviation, luxury hospitality, and entrepreneurial endeavors, I am passionate about driving exceptional guest experiences and contributing to the continued success and growth of dynamic hospitality and travel organizations.
Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
Keep in touch with clients is one of the most important elements of the business. First, dividing our clients base into segments; preferences, purchase behavior, or demographics. And we always address them by name and tailoring messages according to their interests and past interactions with the travel agency.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
Growing clientele in Seven Stars Travel and Tours requires a strategic approach that focuses on attracting new customers while growing relationships with the existing ones. Implementing a strong strategy consistently and adapting them to our unique strengths and target market, has effectively grow our clientele and established Seven Stars Travel and Tours as a trusted provider in the competitive travel industry.
