We were lucky to catch up with Arturo De Larrea recently and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Arturo , thanks for joining us today. One of the things we most admire about small businesses is their ability to diverge from the corporate/industry standard. Is there something that you or your brand do that differs from the industry standard? We’d love to hear about it as well as any stories you might have that illustrate how or why this difference matters.
Being divergent and disruptive in what you offer is key. Seven Stars Travel & Tours shapes travel experiences for members of important organizations around the world. Apart from our walk-in travelers, we have in our client portfolio strong business ties with prestigious institutions – companies and we shape travel experiences for businesses who have very specific requirements. We make the difference in the consistency and dedication we take, to create tailored travel experiences either for leisure or business.

Seven Stars Travel and Tours is born looking to be a referent in the travel industry with the goal to offer travel services with a top level in service and quality. It all starts with the leadership of Lili De Larrea, General Director of Seven Stars Travel and Tours with more than 20 years of experience in the touristic and education sector. Collaborating with me Arturo De Larrea with a global experience in prestigious hospitality companies around the world.
We would like our clients know that experience matters and shaping travel experiences in professionals is very important. As Marketing and Sales Strategy Coordinator of Seven Stars Travel and Tours I have the opportunity to collaborate as well with award winning companies such as the longest running Five Stars , Five Diamond Resort in the world The Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs in the Reservations Department.
Developing skills in the understanding of how to get the best profitable revenue, the understanding of the traveler segments and customer behavior. With previous experience in companies such as United Airlines, experience matters in the way we deliver travel services.

Lili De Larrea, General Director of Seven Stars Travel and Tours my business partner, my aunt and mentor. Since we started collaborating we have brought into the spot the importance of making travel experiences shaped to every particular traveler. Since the beginning we have looked forward, to position the company working hand by hand with operators, government, organizations and other companies in the touristic sector around the world.
Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?
The understanding of the needs of our customers has been very important. Lately we have worked with education institutions that required their professors in Doctoral levels to travel abroad for different reasons. Since the beginning, we identify the needs in the business trip and we fulfill and exceed the expectations of what the institution required. That helped us to create a reputation in the field and more companies are working with us to create their travel experiences tailored to meet business goals together.
