My journey into this industry began with a deep understanding of the historical challenges and economic inequalities faced by black Americans. I believe that entrepreneurship can be a transformative force in overcoming these obstacles and fostering self-determination and empowerment.
At ‘The Process,’ we provide a comprehensive learning community for black entrepreneurs. We understand the specific challenges they face, and our platform offers a range of resources to help them succeed. We have carefully curated 350 learning modules that cover both business and personal issues relevant to black entrepreneurs in addition to offering a free monthly workshop in the heart of North Nashville at The Mcgruder Family Resource Center. Our online community serves as a supportive space where aspiring black entrepreneurs can connect, share experiences, and seek guidance from their peers. We also offer weekly group coaching sessions led by experienced business leaders who provide valuable insights and mentorship.
