Be committed, coachable, & have a great work ethics.
Through commitment, you can gain motivation to pursue success.
You should make a list that includes your goal, your level of commitment to the goal, and what you are willing to do to achieve that goal. Staying focused on your plan is crucial.
Being coachable plays a huge part in being successful as well.

Before I got into the insurance industry, I was a General Manager at LA Fitness & mentored by my uncle Carlos Fermin. He has helped me reach levels of success I thought I would have never accomplished by showing me the ropes, mentoring me, & leading by example. I was able to apply what he taught me at LA Fitness to the insurance industry & fast forward to now I have one of the largest teams in the country.
We reach out to individuals, families, & small businesses regarding their health/life insurance.
Since we have access to every plan in the state, we simply compare all the plans they qualify for & end up saving them more money with better coverage.
Do you have multiple revenue streams – if so, can you talk to us about those streams and how your developed them?

You must lead from the FRONT when you running a team & hold them to the highest standard.
My advice to the audience
-Communicate directly and transparently.
-Set proper goals and priorities
-Know your business and your team.
-Learn from mistakes. Everybody makes mistakes, and so do leaders.
