Ariel, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today. Do you wish you had started sooner?

I love this question because I reflect a lot on this personally. My creative pursuits were a gradual process. I started it for fun on the side, and was in a completely different niche than what I am doing now. Throughout the first year, I felt the “I should have started sooner” energy all the time. However, it was because of all the challenges I had to overcome. There were many obstacles in the beginning, because I was learning, experimenting, and switching things up all the time. The ups and downs and many changes were extremely frustrating. They always felt like setbacks, and I blamed them on me not starting earlier. However, I kept going, and I learned to listen to signs and intuition, even if they didn’t make sense at the time. Fast forward 4 years later…my perspective on my journey has completely transformed. It is SO clear to me now that everything happened exactly how it should have, in it’s own divine timing. It even goes beyond the start of my creative career. I see how every skill I have ever acquired, is now being utilized. There was a reason for everything I have done. This also took conscious effort from me as well. To reflect on my passions, skills, desires, thoughts, and emotions through every phase of my life, connecting all the dots, and rewriting and resurrecting past “failures” or unfinished work into applicable and refined skills and abilities now.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers?

My name is Ariel Niu and I am a creator, speaker, energy alchemist. I created NiuViews (https://beacons.ai/niu.views), currently with over half a million in our online community. The content, products, and services under NiuViews are to inspire and educate on Consciousness Development in the niches of self development, social development, and spiritual development.

I have always been curious about human existence and human dynamics. Early on in my adolescence, I recognized a certain sensitivity I have to the energies of others, feeling the subtle intentions and emotions of those around me. This led me to a fascination in learning about the self, our connections with others, and the connections in all things.

In the last five years, I’ve made extreme transformations in myself and my life that were initiated by pressuring life events and metaphysical experiences. After my initial awakening in 2018, I started to consciously commit to healing and improving my life one area at a time. I also experimented with various meditative practices and alternative healing modalities, such as psychedelic therapy, as tools to guide my evolution. I detoxed, healed, and refined my mind, body, and spirit.

Through this process, I honed the ability to align with the Source within to receive reminders when needed. The reminders received are always centered around balance, love, flow, faith, patience, gratitude, and courage. I learned how various meditative practices can access this state, and how the energy to manifest anything can be understood and honed here. When connected and conscious in this state, all questions are immediately answered when asked, and the roadmap to universal love and success is further revealed. This ability is one everyone can develop through meditative and mindful practices, and is a pillar of the type of techniques we share through NiuViews content.

My personal journey was running in parallel as I continued to grow my creative pursuits into a career. I went from food blogging, to lifestyle blogging, to sprinkling in self-development and spiritual content as I was starting to channel deep and purposeful truths, and seeing drops in engagement and followers, becoming confused, taking 2 steps forward and 5 steps back, to not giving up, to seeing setbacks as experiments, to slowly connecting the dots and finding my voice and originality, to finding my flow, my niches, my gold….and here we are. I have taken something I started for fun into a full business and brand serving over half a million followers and clients. I am the most grateful to be doing something I am extremely passionate about, a reflection of my own life journey, while really inspiring and helping people evolve and fulfill their potential.

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

Figure out what your skills and passions are in all areas, bring them all together, and be original. Take your time to experiment, think long-term, build your foundations, stay true to you, avoid the noise, and trust in the process step-by-step. AND KEEP IT SIMPLE. The attention span of our generation is very limited.

When I first started, I was following trends, taking advice from anyone and everyone, focusing more on “hacking growth”, and being scared to do things I actually want to do, because it seems so different than what everyone else was doing. It’s ok to be open to all information and to experiment, but know true success will never be gained from imitation without original value, nor through focusing on “hitting the numbers”.

My first few “viral hits”, I remember distinctly they were ideas that came purely from my inner being. I was experimenting with TikTok, and I felt like all the “trending” content I posted had no meaning, and of course that wouldn’t pick up much traction. When I lean into my inner being, I can feel the energy of the things I do. I learned to trust it. I started thinking about what I have interest in, what I have experience in, and where my skills are. I recognized my ability to present myself amongst an audience, I just needed to hone it up. I love entertaining. I also knew I wanted to talk more about developing the self. And I also dipped into my past career in marketing to think of how I can get my messages across. I remember my first viral TikTok was about the power of silence, and I did a skit on it. Blending my talents and interests. That one TikTok created my momentum, I emulated the same energy through a few more, and I grew from 10k to over 100k in followers in 1-2 weeks. The biggest win was less about the numbers, it was my breakthrough of realizing what my niche and true direction is.

Is there a mission driving your creative journey?

My ultimate vision is creating a production company with my business that produces a wide variety of media and art forms, all to express and inspire the utility, power, and Love in consciousness. To do it all through art and play and entertainment.

Beyond just consciousness development, the mission of NiuViews is to connect the dots between spirituality, science, and technology, to show people the shocking but beautiful truth of who we really are and just how connected everything is.
