Hi Ariel, thanks for joining us today. Let’s talk legacy – what sort of legacy do you hope to build?

I would love to be a stable in the creative community! (To be specific, the fantasy community)
There isn’t enough black representation in 2024 when it comes to fantasy! Let alone plussize black girls. Would love to inspire those who look like me whether it’s in shape, size or even shade

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

My name is Ariel, I’m 24 and I’m from Saint Louis,MO born and raised! I really enjoy making creative content and inspiring all types of people around the world, showing them that they are seen and its okay to be uniquely you always! My craft is creating fairy/fantasy content and i also host fairy picnics in Saint Louis for all the lovers of fantasy and whimsical things! (Lgbtq+ centered and family friendly)

I am so proud of my following and growth on social media! I never thought id actually get this far and have such a supportive base! I’m so thankful for everyone that’s been inspired by me, that’s been my dream ask this time – for people to explore be things in their makeup, outfits. Accessories and hair along with being unapologetically themselves!

Is there mission driving your creative journey?

I would love to be able to become a full time influencer/model! Being able to be monetized and paid for doing what i love has been a big dream of mine! Brand deals, traveling, modeling and just inspiring on a bigger level ❤️

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

The best advice i can give is to keep posting! I myself struggle with constant posting and it really shows your audience that you’re trying your best and that’s all you can do! Social media is tricky.. especially with the algorithm and finding your niche but just keep at it friends! Its okay to dip a toe in different types of content as well!!
