To prepare students for a more fulfilling life and career, changes to the education system should focus on fostering a holistic approach to learning. This includes incorporating practical skills, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence into the curriculum. Additionally, providing exposure to real-world challenges and opportunities for experiential learning can better prepare students for their future careers.
One example from my own experience that illustrates the need for such changes is the challenge of gaining recognition for my expertise in the field of STEM. Despite facing obstacles, I was able to overcome them and eventually receive acknowledgment from the government of India through a scholarship for higher research in the United Kingdom. This highlights the importance of providing opportunities for students to showcase their skills and expertise, rather than solely relying on traditional academic measures.
Furthermore, my dedication to advancing in the field of STEM is evident through my various roles and contributions, such as serving as a Board Member for reputable journals and volunteering as a Section Editor. These experiences have reinforced the significance of practical involvement and real-world application of knowledge, which should be integrated into the education system to better prepare students for their future careers.

My commitment to this dynamic field has been recognized through prestigious scholarships and affiliations, such as being honored as a recipient of the STEM Women scholarship and serving as a Board Member for INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF SCIENTIFIC MODERN RESEARCH AND TECHNOLOGY.
My primary goal is to contribute to the advancement of Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) by leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance the understanding and classification of documents without bias or technical limitations. I have a strong professional background in Engineering with over 10 years of experience in the field. I began my journey in the Engineering field by obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University, India, which provided me with a solid foundation in Engineering. Following this, I completed a Master of Technology in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya. I then pursued further education and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy degree from Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan University, India to enhance my knowledge and skills in AI, Electronics, and Communication Engineering.
I hold affiliations as a distinguished fellow member of The Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers, The Institution of Engineers, and SM IEEE. Furthermore, I serve on the Review Panel Board of many international journals.
My professional background includes working in various Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) settings, such as community Engineering Intelligent Automation, and the Electronics Communication Engineering industry, which has allowed me to gain diverse experiences and insights into the Engineering sector.
