Alright, Aquinnetta thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Let’s start with the story of your mission. What should we know?
As a baker, I must make sure my customers feel the love that I pour into each treat I prepare. I want my presentation and the smell of warm cookies or brownies to lift their spirits. That is the true mission behind my story and why I picked up a whisk and mixing bowl from the beginning.
Aquinnetta, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
HealthyAddicts is an all-natural online baking company that I started a year ago. I never in a million years would have thought my passion for baking would take off like this. The center of my excitement for baking comes from my mom and all the women in my family. I knew this journey would be challenging, and I was ready for everything that came with starting a business and putting on my shoes of entrepreneurship. HealthyAddicts is 1years old, and it’s been developing into a profitable online baking business. I enjoy the process because we both are growing together. I also have to give thanks to God, my family, and customers because without their support, healthyaddicts would not be where it is today.
What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
As a business owner, the one thing I learned from women that came before me is. “If you want things to change, you have to start changing your mindset.” You have to believe in yourself before anime can. The one thing I want my customers to experience when they purchase my treats is the love and happiness I pour into baking each treat. Seeing my customers happy is the reason I bake, and it gives me a purpose, so my strategy is simple, be consistent.
We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
Social media is the key to marketing, especially if you are a first-time business owner. The motto I always go by is, “Social media is your storefront.” Consistency and Physical communication are what build your audience. Always believe in what you are selling and add action to it.
