We were lucky to catch up with Apollonia Ponti recently and have shared our conversation below.

Apollonia , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. We’d love to have you retell us the story behind how you came up with the idea for your business, I think our audience would really enjoy hearing the backstory.

As a young girl, I was always looking for answers to relationships and love. I had issues with my father growing up, so I took that trauma as a kid and turned it into a quest to find the answers to why people act the way they act in the name of love. Initially, my mission was if I can get just one man to not take the destructive path that my father took when I was a child, I would feel fulfilled and purposeful. I have a lot of joy in what I do and I find my purpose in helping men overcome their doubts about dating and with women in general. I have always felt that there wasn’t a space for men to talk about what they’re going through or what troubles they are having when it comes to their dating life or life in general. I know that there’s a space for women to express that vulnerability but I wanted to create that same space for men since it’s so scarce. I feel like in a way I’m helping women as well by coaching men to become the best versions of themselves. I feel like this is a very powerful space to be in as a woman.

The problem that I was solving that no one else was solving was getting men out of a toxic mindset in order to have a good quality match and connection with someone. I know that there are a lot of dating coaches, especially male dating coaches, who have given men the wrong advice when it comes to dating and love. I help my clients break down the facade they put for women and get them to see their true selves and help them heal, overcome, or fix whatever is holding them back. I try to get them to become their most true self in order to build attraction when it comes to women.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your background and context?

For anybody who doesn’t know me, My name is Apollonia Ponti, a certified coach, speaker, and International dating and relationship coach for men. I have developed a signature strategy, focusing on a healthy approach to dating and relationships. I’m not only a coach but also an image of what I teach. I grew up always wanting to do something in the realm of love. As early as the age of 8, instead of reading math books, I would read books about love but going into my adult years, I became fully emerged as a coach for men. I motivate men to open their eyes to what women want, and what they should want, point out opportunities, and work with men to build confidence. I guide men towards getting out of the “friend zone” and staying out of it forever. But ultimately I’m mostly known for teaching men attraction that gets them phenomenal results.

The service I provide is coaching. I coach men on what their situation is and what they’re looking to solve. I have a lot of programs and products that I offer when it comes to relationships and love. I have products like “Friend-zone No More” “The Algorithm of Attraction” “Law Of Attraction” and “Master Your Confidence.”… and so much more. These are all programs that are designed to help men with their love life or life in general when it comes to loving someone else or learning to love themselves.
I want potential clients to know that I have coached hundreds of men around the world and have gotten them results! I’m so proud of what I have accomplished and how much I’ve helped men succeed in their love life. I am extremely dedicated to what I do because I believe that this is what I was born to do.

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.

My mindset is pretty focus-driven when it comes to my business. I know that I’m here to build a legacy and I believe that part of working hard is working smart. I came to understand that sacrifices had to be made in order to build and grow my company to the level it is today. Hiring the right people was a lesson I had to learn throughout my journey as well. I came to learn that I can’t hire just anybody when it came to my business and I have learned that the hard way over the years. It’s important that you hire people you trust.
I need to have a lot of faith and compassion for what I do. Having this business as my purpose-driven work is something that added to my resilience. I feel like there’s a difference between someone who is working and someone who is doing something with a purpose. I know that this is what I’m meant to be doing even when it gets very difficult to maintain, I just focus on my mission and this is what keeps me going.

Lastly, my husband helps me in my resilience. He is my rock and he continues to support me every step of the way through this. We have a special bond since he’s an entrepreneur as well. When you’re building a legacy with someone, it’s a completely different mindset and life.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?

The lesson that I had to unlearn was to not be so trusting of people. I had to be really good at reading people’s intentions. I knew that I needed to take my time and be patient when it comes to my business. I have to take my time with decisions when it comes to my company and really analyze how they will affect my Business. I had to learn to be ok with making mistakes and messing up but also understand that these mistakes are what’s going to help the company be more successful along the way. I learned that people will show their true selves in time. I also learned that I needed to hire people that were aligned with my values in life, not just my company values. There were times when I didn’t think this was true and I noticed that when I came to believe this notion, It helped make the working environment more strong and creates room for ideas and growth. I knew that the staff is important as well as the coaches who work for me. Hiring the right people who know our mission and stand by it is something I will always look for when it comes to bringing people to my team.
